Abstract

In the present 35 years old male patient, there were lupus pernio plaque in the right ear lobe developed after blunt trauma and radiologically typical sarcoidosis findings. In histopatholigical examination, clusters of epithelioid cells scattered irregularly through the dermis were observed. The patient responded well to systemic and topical steroid therapy.
