Abstract

Guillain-Barré syndrome is postinfectious polyneuropaty involving mainly motor but sometimes also sensory and autonomic nerves. We report a case of 11 years old boy who admitted with walking problem, voice hoarseness and sore throat problem that associated with partial vocal cord paralysis. We emphasize that hoarseness may be the initial symptom of the Guillain-Barré syndrome.
